Spring Garden Books We Love

As you may know we absolutely love reading in our home. Here are some of our favorite spring garden books in the family.

Mom's favorite

The Kingdom of Heaven
From the Baby Believer Series
By Danielle Kitchen
Illustrated by Jessica Blanchard

Though this one was Mom's favorite, the little one loves other books from this series.

Baby Boy Follum's favorites - 3 years old

My First Seasons
From DK My First Series
Let's Learn About the Year

As you can guess this book is about all 4 seasons but it has some great season pages and each season has multiple pages that could easily be used and paird with sensory bins or other nature lessons

Miscellaneous objects. Playing around with what find inside the red candy wrappers
Rescue the objects and put them in their home without moving the rubber bands

Cooking some meals

Target has 6 packs of sand in the party favor section for $5. So fun to mix confetti into

Try making chocolate chip Valentine's Day cookies or pancakes from felt. We combined this with our kitchen set and. It only took maybe 20 minutes to cut and less than $2. I also created a PDF you can print, color, and cut out with cookies having 1 to 10 chocolate chips each.

I love creating bins with several objectives, goals, jobs, or work to complete better getting to play.

He loves to find things so finding all the pairs of hearts. Find all the chicken stages of life. Find all the beads and bells and make mon a necklace.

We are collecting the red circle glitter to work into a pack of red kinetic sand

Use anatraw or tweezers to swap the pom poms from one pop it to another

Make Valentine's cookies or if you can't bake you can decorate them.

Science using colored water and droppers.

Another wildcard Valentine's Day sensory idea! The little one created a heart with his crust. It was really cute and arguably the first time he has done something like this on his own.

Thanks so much for reading all the way if you did. I'd love to connect anywhere on social. Well, not anywhere but you can find me Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
